Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing and logistics operations in Singapore.

You will lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve throughput. The role requires at least 6 years in operations or industrial engineering, with a degree in Engineering or Business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, logistics, manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Green Belt certification preferred or equivalent Lean Six Sigma training.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and process optimization to improve throughput and reduce costs.
• Establish operational excellence frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance to monitor performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects with timelines, risks, resources, and implementation readiness.
• Develop capacity planning, manpower optimization, and workforce flexibility strategies for scalability.
• Strengthen quality, safety, and compliance through root cause analysis, CAPA, and regulatory adherence.
• Support digital transformation and stakeholder collaboration to enhance automation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct workflow analysis, line balancing, and process optimization to improve throughput, reduce costs, and eliminate operational waste.
• Establish operational excellence frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and governance processes to monitor and improve performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives, managing timelines, risks, resource planning, and implementation readiness.
• Develop capacity planning, manpower optimization, and workforce flexibility strategies to support operational scalability and resilience.
• Strengthen quality, safety, and compliance standards through root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Support digital transformation, stakeholder collaboration, and people development initiatives to improve automation, reporting visibility, and operational capability building.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• At least 6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, logistics,manufacturing, or industrial engineering
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies (Green Beltcertification preferred).
