Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to be the key link between our clients and creative team. You will manage projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring that every project is completed on time, meets client expectations and aligns with the creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing & Communication

  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, objectives and expectations.

  • Translate client feedback into clear creative briefs and actionable instructions.

  • Manage client expectations, revisions and project updates professionally.

• Project Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate projects involving branding, packaging, menu design, food photography, social media content and marketing campaigns.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources and deadlines.

  • Coordinate between clients, designers, photographers, videographers and social media executives.

  • Ensure projects move smoothly from initial briefing to final delivery.

• Creative Quality Control

  • Review artwork, photography and marketing materials before client submission.

  • Ensure deliverables meet the brief, brand guidelines and quality standards.

  • Consolidate feedback and minimise unnecessary revisions.

• Social Media & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate content planning, photoshoots, video production and posting schedules.

  • Assist in developing social media proposals, content directions and campaign ideas.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are completed according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.

• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in project management, account servicing or a creative agency.

• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Familiarity with branding, design, social media and creative production workflows.

• F&B industry or agency experience will be an advantage.
