Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a senior civil engineer to lead site operations for viaduct and road projects. You will plan sequences, review drawings and contracts, and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors on site progress.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, including coordination with government agencies. Strong leadership and organisational skills are essential for timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on Viaduct projects or similar road works.
• Proven coordination experience with Government Agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations.
• Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement.
• Perform site inspection and ensure work complies with project specs and approved drawings.
• Lead a team of supervisors/foremen for coordination with contractors and authorities on progress and issues.
• Assist in preparation of method statements and construction sequences for project implementation.
• Coordinate handing-over of completed works to the client and rectify as needed.
• Ensure all works comply with client and company quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve team issues and mitigate risks and delays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations
• Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
• Lead a team of supervisors/foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
• Assist in preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation
• Coordinating the handing-over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works
• Ensure all works comply with client and company quality standards and requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve team issues and conflicts.
• Manage project dependencies and critical path to mitigate risks and delays.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 10 years of experience on specifically Viaduct (Sub Structure | Super Structure) Projects or other LTA road work projects
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Relevant coordination experience with Government Agencies
