Job summary

ARTEMIS EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor with civil engineering background to plan, schedule and oversee construction operations on LTA road projects. You will liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors, coordinating site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and coordination with government agencies; standard working hours apply, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BCSS / RES optional).
• Min 4-5 years of experience specifically on LTA road work projects.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Coordination experience with Government Agencies.
• Working hours: Weekday 8 am to 6 pm | Weekend 8 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations.
• Run through construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement.
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities.
• Lead a team of supervisors/foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues.
• Assist in the preparation of method statement and construction sequence for project implementation.
• Coordinating the handing‑over of completed works to the client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
