ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Project Manager, Laboratory in Singapore Loyang. The role blends office and home work (60% office, 40% home) and focuses on coordinating clinical trial projects across 10–15 studies in line with Good Clinical Practice.

You will design, analyze, and interpret complex data while ensuring sponsor satisfaction and timely study documentation. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Job Title: Project Manager, Laboratory at Singapore Loyang office

As a Project Manager, Laboratory at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your focus will be on coordinating project and programme management delivery, resolving issues, and developing team capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• To ensure client satisfaction by acting as the Sponsor’s main contact person in all matters regarding ICON services including the day-to-day management of studies.
• To attend and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.
• To manage 10-15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice.
• To communicate with Sponsor’s study progress in a responsible and professional manner and provide Sponsors with regular management reports.

Your Profile:

You will have solid project and programme management experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare.
• Previous experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at sponsor meetings.
• Ability to manage multiple studies concurrently while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to effectively manage study documentation and timelines.
