• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor meetings and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery across multiple studies.
• Resolve issues, monitor timelines, and build team capability.
• Act as primary contact for sponsors and represent ICON in sponsor meetings.
• Provide regular management reports on study progress and performance.
