Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced ICT infrastructure professional to translate business needs into robust network and application designs, guiding projects from concept to deployment while ensuring availability, security, and data integrity.

You will lead stakeholder engagement, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and mentor junior engineers while driving continuous improvement and governance across government-facing infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure.

• Forecast and manage budgets to support project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
• Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project planning, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
• Prepare project documentation including design specifications, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, recommending enhancements, and streamlining processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.
