Job summary

Achieve Group is seeking an experienced project lead for an industrial real estate development client in Singapore East. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating internal teams, consultants, and contractors from feasibility through handover, while ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.

The role requires a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline and about 7 years of relevant experience in property development or construction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 7 years of experience in property development or construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and contractors across all phases from feasibility and design to construction, handover, and defects management.
• Manage regulatory compliance, including authority submissions and alignment with local requirements and internal processes.
• Drive design development, optimising net lettable/saleable areas in line with project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop procurement strategies, including contractor selection, contract negotiations, and variation management.
• Monitor construction progress, including cost, schedule, safety, and quality performance.
• Manage project budgets and drive cost control and value engineering initiatives.
• Support sustainability, buildability, and governance initiatives across the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership in stakeholder engagement, planning, and team coordination.

Our Client is a Industrial real estate developer. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

• Organised, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

• Location: East
• Salary : up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
