Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced electrical project manager to lead site activities and ensure project milestones are met. You will coordinate with subcontractors, main contractors and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes.

The role requires strong cost-control skills, attention to schedules, budgets and technical submissions, with opportunities to work on HDB, condo and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience in electrical or M&E building projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating with electrical subcontractors on building projects.
• Experience with HDB, condominium, commercial, hotel and/or office building projects would be advantageous.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, cost-control and commercial-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical projects and site activities, ensuring works are completed according to project schedules, budgets, specifications and quality requirements.
• Plan and coordinate electrical works, including preparation and review of drawings, technical submissions and relevant project documentation.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, architects, subcontractors and internal project teams, and participate in project/site meetings.
• Monitor project costs and progress, prepare monthly progress claims and variation orders (VOs), and manage commercial discussions relating to claims and payments.

Salary: Up to S$7,500 per month, depending on relevant experience
