Job summary

nSearch Global is seeking a senior agile delivery lead to drive digital transformation initiatives in a government-ready environment. You will manage the product backlog, lead a cross-functional Scrum team through planning and ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery of prioritised backlog items.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate releases, manage dependencies, and design cloud-native solutions on AWS, including APIs, microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading digital transformation programmes in an agile scrum delivery environment.
• Minimum 7 years leading cross-functional scrum teams; Experience delivering government or public sector digital products.
• Strong proficiency in enterprise application development, system design, system integration and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Strong proficiency in enterprise application development, system design, system integration and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience designing, developing and supporting APIs, workflows, microservices, event-driven integrations and cloud-based applications
• Experience working with AWS/GCC cloud environments, containerised applications, serverless functions and cloud infrastructure services
