Job summary

Fifth Ring in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client projects and campaigns. You will define scope, build plans and schedules, manage resources, budgets, and risk, and act as the delivery counterpart to the Account Manager.

You will oversee quality assurance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes, mentoring junior staff and protecting margins while delivering on time and to standard.

Qualifications

• Established expertise in project management, ideally within an agency.
• Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Proven financial and commercial management of projects.
• Strong resource and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or PMI-ACP required.

Job description

The Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of client projects and campaigns; scope, planning, resourcing, budget, quality and risk, acting as the delivery counterpart to the Account Manager. The role owns job financials and is accountable for delivering work on time, on budget and to the required standard.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead delivery of client projects end-to-end: define scope, build plans and schedules, and manage execution to completion.
• Select and apply the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid) for each project.

Resource & Traffic Management

• Plan and secure resource across creative and delivery teams, balancing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage trafficking and workflow to optimise utilisation and protect deadlines.
• Manage scope and change control to protect margin, and provide timely financial updates to Finance and Client Services.

Quality, Process & Risk

• Own quality assurance, risk and issue management and change management across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.
• Act as the delivery partner to the Account Manager, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and support more junior project colleagues.

Company

• Uphold and improve agency delivery standards and defend the agency’s commercial interests.
• The role is accountable for delivering work on time, on budget and to the required standard.

Requirements

• Established expertise in project management, ideally within an agency
