Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced project manager to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least 5 years of experience in building construction. Knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and familiarity with local standards are essential. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with alternative Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and installation methods.
• Familiar with BCA, WSH, and Singapore standards.

• Ensure project completion within schedule, budget and quality standards
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and conduct site meetings
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction projects

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC project management
• Strong knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems, installation methods, and local codes
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Familiar with BCA, WSH, and relevant Singapore standards
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work odd hours (if necessary)

Working hours:

Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:45pm
Alt. Sat, 8:30am to 12:30pm
