Job Descriptions
- To lead the project team on timely delivery of project
- Attend coordination meetings with Client
- Management and coordination of engineering projects.
- Support project team in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Assist in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Overlook preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree from PEB / BCA recognised University in related field. Preferably in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years working experience for Construction Manager (CM) and 15 years working experience for Project Manager (PM)
- At least 8 years in related field preferably in road/rail viaduct for CM and 10 years for PM
- Knowledge in traffic and utilities diversion
- Track record with LTA experience
- Experience in major construction methodology
- Sound geotechnical, structural and construction knowledge
- Familiar in submission criteria for projects of various nature
- Strong construction & engineering skill and experience. Ability to devise construction methodology with respect to ground and project condition
- Exposed to foundation (bored pile, driven pile, SBP, CBP, Diaphragm wall, sheetpile/ soldier pile wall, micropile, raft foundation and etc)
- Exposed to land civil work (viaduct construction, road construction and ground improvement)
- Exposed to utility and road construction and coordination.
