Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a multinational in Building Automation Systems (BMS), ELV and Security Systems.

You will lead the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards across coordination with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The role requires a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with exposure to CCTV, PA, fire alarm, and AV cabling.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Security card Control System, PA, Fire Alarm System, CCTV, Structure cabling, AV System etc.

Responsibilities

• Review project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, contract specifications, and ISO standards.
• Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, deliverables, resources, budgets, risk management, quality control, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
• Oversee project documentation, material procurement, system implementation, and variation order submissions.
• Monitor site progress, identify and resolve delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings, prepare meeting minutes (MOM), progress claims, cost estimates, payment responses, and project forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Manage FAT, testing & commissioning (T&C), training, and successful project handover.
• Mentor and guide engineers and supervisors, ensuring compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Manage project cash flow, procurement, stock control, payment collection, and ensure timely submission of progress reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Basic Salary: $7,000 – $8,000++ (Negotiable)
