Job summary

Biztech Group Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead security and building technology projects from award through completion. The role requires coordinating with customers, consultants, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in project management within system integration or security sectors, strong reading of technical drawings, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Building Services, Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years minimum project management experience in system integration, security systems, ELV, ICT, M&E or building tech.
• Experience managing installation projects from start to finish.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Understanding of project costing, variation orders and margins.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, installers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with project management software is an advantage.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks, delays and potential cost issues early and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations for smooth transition from sales to execution.
• Maintain site safety, workmanship and professional conduct.
• Guide Project Engineers, installers and subcontractors.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and provide regular updates.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage projects from award through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from project handover, planning, installation, testing and commissioning through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and site activities to meet project schedules.

Requirements
