Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to support Building Management System (BMS), ELV and security systems projects in Singapore.

You will review budgets, ensure ISO/compliance, and help manage schedules, documentation, and procurement for timely project handover. The role requires a diploma/degree in engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of DDC/PLC/HVAC and related systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in engineering studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Knowledge in DDC, PLC, HVAC, Card Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM and ELV, Structure Cabling & etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.
• Support project management activities, including preparing and monitoring project schedules; managing project documentation and drawings; sourcing materials and raising purchase requests within budget; preparing variation quotations for management approval; reviewing system implementation designs with the engineering team.
• Monitor site progress, address delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely completion of FAT, testing & commissioning (T&C), training, and project handover.
• Prepare and submit weekly installation and T&C progress reports.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by management.
