Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager for building projects in Singapore.

The role involves leading planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple sites to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives. The candidate should have a Civil Engineering degree and at least 7 years of construction experience, preferably with a main contractor, and be proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong project management skills, including planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with construction quality, cost, and safety standards.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites if required.
• Proficient in MS Office & Project Management software.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Verify construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors, defects, or variations.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and relevant authorities, providing guidance and technical support to the project team.
• Support personnel management, including coaching and monitoring team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and performance.
• Organize and lead regular coordination meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Deputy/ Project Manager/ Senior Manager

Location: Central (Based on the project's location)

Working Hours: 5.5 days, Office Hours

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• To support the planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet timeline, cost, and quality objectives
