Job summary

Unison Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AML, Financial Crime, Teradata, Banking and Data Projects. You will oversee data-driven initiatives in a regulated environment, ensuring on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in IT Project Management, with strong data migration/integration expertise and excellent stakeholder communication across Business, Data, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience managing Data Projects / Data Migration / Data Integration initiatives.
• Good understanding of AML & Financial Crime processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Teradata, data warehousing, ETL, data flows, and data integration.
• Experience with AML / Transaction Monitoring / KYC / Financial Crime data projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Business, Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Vendor teams.
• Experience with large-scale banking data environments is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
