Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology consultancy hiring for a fixed-term Co-Development role in its Government Agencies projects. You will work closely with product managers and designers to drive product adoption, conduct user interviews, and oversee agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong communication, end-to-end product development experience, and a track record of delivering under limited resources.

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
