Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager for the Co-Development Business Unit to drive the delivery of digital products for Singapore government agencies. This fixed-term 24-month engagement requires strong collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineering to ensure timely, quality releases and user adoption.

You will conduct user interviews, manage sprint ceremonies, monitor progress, and coordinate testing across systems and security before release, with a focus

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous, tenacious, and able to close tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis are a plus.
• CS/PM related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.

Co-Development Business Unit - Project Manager

You will work in Singapore Government Agencies.

Contract & Location

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 24 months.

Full-time, on-site position.

Location: Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users
• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.
• Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.

Requirements

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
• End to end experience working with product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
