Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery for government agency engagements. You will craft detailed plans, manage budgets and resources, and coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in software/product development, with Agile preferred.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• PM certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous.
• Product management mindset and AWS experience are valuable; finance sector background welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring goals and deliverables;
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timeline, budget and resources;
• Engage with stakeholders including business users, project team and external vendors;
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders;

Co‑Development Business Unit is looking for a Project Manager

This is a fixed term contract role. The engagement is 1 year

What will you do?

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including business users, project team members, and external vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Address and manage stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly.
• Ensure cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics.
• Ensure that user needs and feedback are in corporated into project deliverables.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring that expenditures are within approved limits.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project‑related issues and challenges.
• Make informed decisions based on data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, experience participating in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Project Management‑related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI is an added advantage
• Key success criteria will be product management experience and mindset, AWS related experience, technically strong is preferred.
• Candidate with Financial Institutions background are welcome too.
