Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

The role requires 1-3 years of PM experience in Singapore, basic AutoCAD knowledge, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Oneness Holdings offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and stakeholders on-site.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
