Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead condominium development projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

You will oversee planning, coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities, monitor schedules, costs and risks, and lead site and coordination meetings with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of condominium development from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and authorities.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality against contract requirements.
• Lead site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.

• Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a condominium development project.
• This role ensures the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the condominium project from inception to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
• Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements, and statutory submissions
• Lead site meetings and coordination meetings with stakeholders
• Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and shop drawings
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures
• Manage variations, claims, and cost control in collaboration with the QS team
• Ensure timely resolution of site issues and technical challenges
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting to management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent
• relevant experience in managing condominium or residential projects
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, BCA regulations, and safety standards
