Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Project Manager to support an urgent public sector project on a 24-month contract in Singapore. The role focuses on IT system maintenance, development of maintenance strategies, and service-provider evaluations.

You will ensure uptime, coordinate with technical teams, manage costs, risks, and governance reporting, and maintain accurate records. Eligibility to start within one month in Singapore without sponsorship is required.

Our client is a leading global consultancy, and we are looking for a Project Manager to support an urgent public sector project on a 24-month contract.

Requirements

• Proven years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing system maintenance and IT projects.
• Proven ability to develop and execute maintenance strategies, contracts, and service provider evaluations.
• Strong track record in overseeing system operations to ensure uptime, availability, and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing project costs, risks, and stakeholder communications with clear accountability.
• Hands-on knowledge of government applications, CI/CD pipelines, and coordination with technical teams.
• Skilled in preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and governance-compliant records.
