Job summary

Kion Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable M&E Project Supervisor responsible for overseeing M&E projects across multiple sites.

You will supervise site work, interpret drawings, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards and quality controls. Strong leadership and communication are essential. The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and proven M&E project experience in construction, with supervisory capabilities and PM certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing M&E projects in construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Project management certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage M&E projects across sites, ensuring goals, budget and timeline are met.
• Supervise site works and implementations.
• Review and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, including variations and delays.
• Ensure M&E installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Interpret drawings and specs; communicate with site personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project team to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate collaboration with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Implement quality control to meet all requirements.

• Ensure the implementation of mechanical and electrical installations complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and ensure clear communication with all site personnel and stakeholders.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate collaboration with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and authorities, attending site meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective problem resolution.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Implement quality control and ensure projects meet all specified requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing M&E projects in construction, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Project Management certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
