Qualifications

• Must have proven Singapore construction industry experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Proficient in reading, reviewing and interpreting construction drawings.
• Able to identify technical issues in drawings and provide prompt solutions.
• Strong knowledge of site management, construction coordination and safety regulations.
• Capable of leading and supervising construction teams to achieve project targets.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining required quality and productivity standards.
• Able to coordinate effectively with site teams and maintain a productive working environment.
