Nigel Frank International is seeking a Project Manager for a client partner with a growing Asia footprint. You will own end-to-end technology projects across ERP, CRM, Data, Copilot and AI within a broad transformation roadmap.

You'll work directly with customers and senior stakeholders, translating complex tech conversations into business outcomes and balancing commercial drivers with delivery realities. This role offers exposure to Microsoft ecosystem and evolving AI capabilities.

My client is an expanding Microsoft Partner with an established presence across Australia and a growing footprint across Asia. As the business continues to scale its delivery capability, they are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects while also helping strengthen service delivery across the wider region.

This is an opportunity to join a business operating across a rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem where ERP, CRM, Data, Copilot and Agentic AI are increasingly becoming part of how organisations transform their operations.

• This isn't a role where you'll spend your time managing one technology stream in isolation. Modern digital transformation doesn't happen in silos. ERP connects with CRM. Data enables AI. Copilot changes how people interact with technology. Agentic AI is beginning to change how organisations operate.

The opportunity here is to sit across that bigger picture.

• You'll be customer-facing from the outset, working with core stakeholders to understand what they're trying to achieve, challenge where necessary and help turn complex technology conversations into outcomes that make commercial and business sense.
• You'll also have genuine ownership. This is a role for someone who doesn't wait for a perfect set of instructions before taking action but someone who sees an opportunity, understands what matters and gets moving.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end technology projects from initiation through to successful delivery
• Partner directly with customers and senior stakeholders to understand objectives, priorities and commercial drivers
• Connect ERP, CRM, Data & AI and emerging technologies within the wider transformation roadmap
• Drive delivery while balancing customer expectations, commercial considerations and technical realities
• Translate complex technology conversations into clear actions, priorities and delivery outcomes
• Stay ahead of Microsoft product developments, AI capabilities and relevant technology trends
• Challenge assumptions and help customers focus on what will create genuine business value
• Adapt to changing priorities and take ownership when the path forward isn't immediately obvious

Who We're Looking For

• Proven end 2 end technology project delivery experience across ERP, CRM or enterprise applications
• Strong customer facing and stakeholder management capability
• Commercial awareness and confidence discussing business priorities with customers
• Microsoft experience is highly advantageous, although adjacent enterprise technology experience will be considered
• Genuine curiosity about Data & AI, Copilot, Agentic AI and the rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem
• The ability to move between different technology conversations without becoming narrowly focused on one platform
• Strong initiative, independence and sound judgement
• A work in progress progress mindset; someone who enjoys learning, adapting and figuring things out
• The ability to bring clarity and momentum when requirements, priorities or situations are unstructured
