Job summary

INNOVATION SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision for diverse building projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor progress, control costs, and drive risk management to keep programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Developing comprehensive work schedules and timelines, setting project milestones, and ensuring adherence to the overall schedule.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Preparing cost estimates, negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and monitoring expenditures to prevent budget overruns.
• Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing day-to-day on-site operations, supervising site laborers, and managing resources (materials, equipment, and personnel).
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to building codes, environmental regulations, and OSHA standards to maintain a safe job site.
• Quality Control & Inspection: Monitoring construction progress to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Communication & Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact between owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, including progress meetings.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identifying potential issues (delays, safety risks) and implementing solutions to maintain productivity
