You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. The role emphasizes risk management, change control, thorough documentation, and timely reporting. You will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and teams across disciplines.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with reporting skills.

• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
• Facilitating change requests to inform impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinating development of user manuals, training materials, and turnover documents.
• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
