UNIFORM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account/Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution, maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams, and drive agency-led initiatives to elevate work.

You should be organized, a strong communicator, proactive, and comfortable coordinating timelines and production for content strategies, shoots, and collaborations. This full-time on-site role in Singapore offers exposure to creative campaigns across digital, social, and physical experiences,

Qualifications

• Interest in advertising, marketing, journalism, copywriting, and design thinking.
• Proficient in iWork (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
• Energetic and outdoor-friendly due to video/photography productions
• Good appreciation and understanding of all things visual
• Well-mannered with excellent communication skills; bonus points for copywriting
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Responsible; accountable; proactive
• Driven, passionate about personal learning and growth
• Friendly with fluffy furballs; corgi included
• Preferably 2–3 years of similar experience in a creative/advertising/marketing agency
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within 1 month

UNIFORM is a content and creative studio working across the fields of digital/social media and physical experiences. We not only come up with compelling brand and content strategies for our clients, but with an in-house production team, we create the content that drives each strategy.

Job Description

As an Account/Project Manager*, you are tasked with ensuring that the projects you oversee run smoothly; establishing clear and comprehensive communications with both our internal team and clients; and maintaining a unified vision for the work we do while driving agency-led initiatives to make good work even better.

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised, on the ball, and excellent at managing people and timelines
A skilled communicator and team player, working well with both our internal team and clients
Proactive, taking the lead and initiative in driving projects and content ideas

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts/project/client management*
• Content strategy, planning, and copywriting
• Marketing communications (with a potential scope for ad hoc public relations, should the project require)
• Social media community management
• Research and conceptualisation of projects, including production of presentation materials
• Coordinating and liaising with our clients and collaborators
• Photo/video shoot production and assistance

*This opening is not for a finance accounting position, nor project management in unrelated fields.

Requirements:
