Job summary

IFME WORKS PTE. LTD. invites a dedicated professional to manage and oversee construction and M&E projects from planning through completion.

This office and site-based role requires regular presence on project sites to supervise progress, quality, and safety. You will lead site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, coordinate with the Project Director, review drawings and contracts, and help prepare tender submissions and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction / M&E projects from planning to completion
• Attend project sites regularly to supervise and monitor construction progress, quality, and safety
• Lead and coordinate site teams, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist the Project Director in coordinating project execution, planning and daily operations
• Review project requirements, specifications, technical drawings and contract documents
• Prepare RFQ, evaluate supplier / subcontractor quotations and support tender submissions
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower deployment, material deliveries, and site activities
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project cost, variation works and assist in cost control
• Prepare project documentation such as progress reports, method statements, risk assessments and handover documents
