Job summary

NUCTECH SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable Project Manager to drive security projects across Singapore. You will lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, with hands-on oversight of progress, safety compliance, and coordination with authorities on-site.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, architectural or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, organization and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read design drawings, blueprints and shop drawings.
• MS Office and online research proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines.
• Experience in managing project teams to successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public authorities for public feedback.
