Job summary

l e construction & engineering pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERSS execution and on-site construction, ensuring compliance with Building Control Act and safety standards.

You will coordinate projects, attend site meetings, respond to emails and claims within timelines, and possess a Civil Engineering degree, a Construction Safety course, and at least 5 years of PM experience in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Construction Safety Course completed.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERSS execution and on-site construction with compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Building Control Act and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Resolve site problems and attend meetings.
• Respond to emails and claim submissions within timelines.

• Oversee the overall execution & construction of the ERSS competently &
• Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
• Co-ordinate and monitor projects
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
• Resolve problems arising at sites and attend site meetings
• Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines

Requirements :-

• Possess basic Degree in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) &
• Construction Safety Course.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Management experience is desired.
• Good command in both written & spoken in English.
• Self-motivated and committed to works.
• 5.5 days week.
• Possess valid Class 3 driving license & own transport is preferred.
