• Drive full-lifecycle delivery from kickoff to launch, ensuring milestones on schedule and within scope and budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (BA, Dev, QC, DevOps), fostering Agile/Scrum cadences and resolving roadblocks.
• Act as the primary contact for external clients and sponsors; lead progress reviews and provide status reports.
• Manage change requests, track baseline metrics, and mitigate delivery risks early.
• Adapt delivery cadence to meet strict compliance standards for public-sector clients while preserving speed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a decisive, delivery-focused Project Manager (PM) to take end-to-end command of complex software development projects across public sector institutions and fast-paced entrepreneurial ventures. You will lead cross-functional delivery squads (BA, Dev, QC, DevOps) and serve as the direct bridge to clients and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-lifecycle delivery from kickoff to launch, ensuring projects hit milestone targets on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams (BA, Dev, QC, DevOps), running Agile/Scrum cadences and resolving roadblocks proactively.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients and sponsors; lead progress reviews and provide clear, transparent status reporting.
• Manage change requests (CRs), track project baseline metrics, and mitigate delivery and architectural risks early.
• Adapt delivery cadence to match strict compliance standards for public-sector clients while maintaining speed and agility for entrepreneur-led projects.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on command of project timelines, scope, budgets, and risk registers.
• Confidence presenting to and negotiating directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
• Solid experience running Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
