Job summary

Vinova Pte. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Senior UI/UX Designer to lead product design for web and mobile platforms across enterprise projects.

You will translate complex workflows into elegant, responsive interfaces and drive design system governance within a fast-paced, global- client environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of progressive UI/UX design experience across web and mobile.
• Enterprise & stakeholder exposure with senior clients or executives, fintech/enterprise background a plus.
• Portfolio mandatory: end-to-end UX processes, strategic rationale, design systems, measurable impact.
• Advanced mastery of industry-standard design tools (Figma) and design systems.
• Knowledge of AI-powered design and productivity tools to augment design workflows.
• Strong product thinking: user psychology, conversion optimization, responsive layouts.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking SeniorUI/UX Designer to lead product design initiatives across high-impact weband mobile platforms. In this role, you will bridge user-centric design withstrategic business thinking—translating complex enterprise workflows intoelegant, intuitive, and responsive interfaces. Beyond core UX/UI execution, youwill champion modern design operations, establish scalable design systems,collaborate directly with senior enterprise stakeholders, and leveragecutting-edge AI-assisted design tools to accelerate the product lifecycle fromconcept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design:Drive the entire design process from discovery to delivery across web apps,portals, and mobile-responsive platforms. Develop user journeys, informationarchitectures, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-readyhigh-fidelity interfaces.
• Stakeholder Management & Strategy:Collaborate directly with project managers, cross-functional teams, and C-levelclient executives. Unpack business objectives, conduct requirement discovery,present concepts compellingly, and iteratively refine solutions based onfeedback.
• Design Systems & Developer Handoff:Build, scale, and govern consistent Figma-based design systems, componentlibraries, and style guides. Deliver meticulous design specifications andconduct UI/UX quality assurance during development to ensure pixel-perfect,responsive execution.
• AI-Enhanced Workflows & Innovation:Actively integrate AI-powered design tools into daily operations to accelerateideation, user research, rapid prototyping, and workflow efficiency whilemaintaining high design craftsmanship.
• Quality, Usability & Mentorship:Enforce digital accessibility (WCAG), usability benchmarks, and web performancestandards. Provide design guidance and reviews for junior team members whilecontinuously optimizing internal design templates and methodologies.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 4–5+years of progressive UI/UX design experience, with a proven track record ofsteering design initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.
• Enterprise & Stakeholder Exposure:Demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating directly withenterprise clients, senior stakeholders, or C-suite executives. Background ingovernment, fintech, or large-scale enterprise settings is a strong plus.
• Core Technical Tooling:Advanced mastery of industry-standard design tools (primarily Figma),alongside experience building and maintaining atomic design systems andinteractive prototypes.
• Modern AI Proficiency:Working knowledge of AI-driven design and productivity tools to augment userresearch, visual exploration, and documentation workflows.
• Product & Strategic Mindset:Exceptional problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of userpsychology, conversion optimization, responsive layouts, and cross-platformdesign constraints.
