KIAN YANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead painting and construction projects in Singapore from planning through handover, ensuring quality, safety, budget control, and stakeholder coordination. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and quality while coordinating with clients, architects, main contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH standards.

• Lead project planning, execution, and final handover for painting and construction projects to achieve timely and quality delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control to meet defined project goals.
