STL DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor and control construction projects in Singapore. You will liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure timely delivery within budget while meeting safety standards.

The role requires independent work, leadership of a project team and proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office. On-site duties and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors are essential to meet project milestones.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with preferred term contract or A&A experience.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, monitor and control projects per contractual requirements.
• Liaise with the User, consultants & authorities on project matters.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and meet safety standards.
• Manage suppliers and sub-contractors for schedule and cost compliance.
• Monitor construction productivity and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary documentation.
• Maintain project emails and documentation.
• Report status to top management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual requirements.
• Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.
• Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.
• Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms schedule and cost.
• Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.
• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.
• Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.
• Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar capacity. (Preferred Term Contract, A & A Experience).
• Able to work independently and lead project team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.

Salary $4,500.00-$7,500.00
