Acromec Engineers Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and architectural works from planning through commissioning, ensuring delivery on time and to spec. You will coordinate with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and quality.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least five years' experience is required, along with CAD proficiency and strong leadership, contract understanding, and safety

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical, electrical or architectural disciplines.
• Experience in Architectural discipline is advantageous.
• Proficient in CAD drawing and MS Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer orientation and leadership; good contract understanding.

Aufgaben

• Oversee entire project including MEP and architectural works.
• Report to Project HOD/ Directors and communicate with team members.
• Prepare cost budget and negotiate with sub-contractors on scope and final cost.
• Coordinate project staff and provide direction to the team.
• Hold regular client and subcontractor meetings and prepare reports.
• Coordinate and update individual services and schedules.
• Ensure deliverables meet specifications and drawings.
• Update as-built drawings and ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure safety and adherence to authorities' requirements.
• Prepare for Operational Maintenance manual and project close-out.

Job Description:

• Oversee entire project, including Mechanical, Electrical services and Architectural works

• Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members

• Prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost

• Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to project team

• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

• Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades

• Coordinate, instruct, and update individual services

• Plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors, and vendors to schedule and sequence of work

• Ensure deliverables are according to specification and drawing

• Ensure team update as-built drawing according to individual services

• Ensure team members understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement

• Responsible for all safety requirements and carry work with good safety practice

• Review and monitor submission of material and drawing

• Identify possible technical problems, and propose solutions

• Carry out pre-inspection with trades sub-contractors

• Ensure preparation for Operational Maintenance manual

• Oversee testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement

• Building good working relationships with clients

• Prepare, submit, and ensure variation orders are agreed with client/ consultants

• Close up final account with clients and all sub-contractors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in mechanical, electrical or architectural discipline

• Experiences with Architectural discipline will be advantageous

• Well versed in CAD drawing, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and MS PowerPoint

• Customer-oriented and good leadership skills

• Good understanding of construction contracts

• Experience in Additional & alternation project/ Fit-out work is a plus

• CSCPM / Risk Management preferably
