Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Project Manager (HVAC/ACMV) based at our Singapore site (Woodlands / Site office).

The role involves overseeing M&E installations, managing contractors and ensuring project requirements are met, with a salary range of SGD 5,000 to SGD 7,000 depending on experience. Candidate should hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have proven site project management skills, with experience in chiller and air

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Site project management experience.
• Experience with chiller & air conditioning systems; ACMV & HVAC (M&E).

Responsibilities

• Knowlege of M&E project requirements and contract requirements.
• Manage projects, claims, and sub-contracts.
• Work odd hours when necessary.
• Meet with clients to define and document requirements.
• Oversee installation of M&E services per specs and standards.
• Monitor on-site practices; manage contractors and report non-compliance.

Role:
Site Project Manager (HVAC / ACMV)

• Singapore Based (Woodlands / Site office)
• 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.45pm)
• Salary: $5,000 to $7,000 depending on experience
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering + Have Site Project Management Skills
• Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E)

The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities & Duties

Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
To able to work odd hours (if necessary)
Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project.
Oversee the proper installation of M&E services, verifying that all work is completed according to the established specifications and standards.
Monitor working practices on-site, manage contractors, and report any instances of non-compliance to your line manager to facilitate prompt resolution.
