Job summary

Libiao Robotics Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior project manager to lead and coordinate complex logistics automation projects from planning through implementation, ensuring compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.

You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee on-site execution, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining schedules and budgets. This role requires strong English communication and hands-on experience with AS/RS and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with 3+ years of PM experience in warehousing, logistics, or automation industries.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with AS/RS delivering projects involving stacker cranes, shuttles, or high-density storage.
• Proficient understanding of automated logistics system flows and WMS/WCS interface protocols.
• Professional working proficiency in English for cross-cultural communication and negotiation.
• Skilled in AutoCAD with ability to review electrical distribution lists and 3D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide local regulatory insights and assess site readiness to ensure implementation standards.
• Lead project kick-offs and planning sessions to define objectives, scope, and allocate resources.
• Coordinate handovers from Pre-sales and manage collaboration among R&D, Software, Production, Procurement, After-sales, and external vendors.
• Oversee on-site execution including civil interface coordination, equipment installation, debugging, and SAT.
• Manage logistics for personnel, tools, and materials, enforce PPE standards, and site housekeeping.
• Control project quality, schedule, and budget by identifying risks and managing change orders.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and third parties, delivering client training for satisfaction.
• Organize phase-gate and final acceptance processes and archive technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide local regulatory insights and assess site readiness through surveys to ensure compliance with implementation standards
• Lead project kick-offs and planning sessions to define objectives, scope, and allocate resources efficiently
• Coordinate project handovers from Pre-sales and manage collaboration among R&D, Software, Production, Procurement, After-sales, and external vendors
• Oversee on-site execution including civil interface coordination, equipment installation, debugging, and system acceptance testing (SAT)
• Manage logistics for personnel, tools, and materials, enforcing PPE standards, site housekeeping, and project closure protocols
• Control project quality, schedule, and budget by proactively identifying risks and managing change orders
• Serve as primary contact for clients and third parties, delivering client training to ensure high satisfaction
• Organize phase-gate and final acceptance processes and manage archival of technical documentation such as drawings, code, and manuals
• Ensure formal handover of all client-signed documentation to the Commercial Department for filing
• Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous process improvements

Required competencies and certifications

• Associate degree or higher with 3+ years of project management experience in warehousing, logistics, or automation industries
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), delivering projects involving stacker cranes, shuttles, or high-density storage
• Proficient understanding of automated logistics system flows and WMS/WCS interface protocols including signal handshaking logic
• Professional working proficiency in English to support effective cross-cultural communication and business negotiation
• Skilled in AutoCAD with ability to independently review electrical distribution lists and 3D mechanical drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with international engineering and installation standards such as CE and UL
• Resilience to manage frequent international travel and maintain clarity in complex site environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate risks and troubleshoot on-site issues
