Job summary

BuloX Power Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will coach project teams, manage resources, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards, with responsibility for budget and schedule and accounts receivable milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience overseeing multiple projects
• Experience in construction industry project management

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach project teams and oversee subcontractors to achieve project goals effectively
• Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all team members aligned with project scope and schedule
• Take full ownership and accountability for project performance, including budget and schedule management
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within defined scope
• Determine and allocate necessary resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials within budget limits
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing timely updates to all stakeholders
• Provide technical and application support to customers as needed to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards and codes mandated by authorities and consultants
• Manage accounts receivable by ensuring customer payments are collected promptly according to agreed milestones
