Job summary

SUPERX INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and governance with customers, engineering, procurement, and operations teams. Responsibilities include leading lifecycle milestones, on-site deployment with contractors, risk mitigation, and ensuring safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• 3+ years of experience in data center project management.
• Strong understanding of data center power systems and intelligent computing servers.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Ability to manage external contractors and vendors.

About the Role

We are seeking a experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for managing project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and project governance while working closely with customers, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end execution of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with the Company's project delivery standards and best practices.

• Solution Integration: Oversee the technical delivery and integration of core infrastructure, including power distribution systems, HVAC (Smart Cooling), and other mission-critical data center solutions.

• Site Deployment Management: Manage on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and external vendors to ensure prefabricated modular systems and critical power infrastructure are installed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

• Risk & Quality Control: Develop project plans and documentation, monitor project milestones, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards.

• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, communicate project progress, manage change requests, resolve project issues, and provide regular project status updates to management and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in data center project management.
• Deep understanding of data center power systems, intelligent computing servers, and smart management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage external contractors and vendors.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
