Job summary

SG Aluminium Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator to drive site progress and coordinate with main contractors, consultants and suppliers to align goals and progress.

The role attends site walks, resolves issues with stakeholders, and manages schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards. You will oversee drawings, manage documentation, and handle EOT/VO/claims as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals and progress.
• Attend site walks and meetings; resolve issues promptly with all stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, align with the master schedule, and handle delays.
• Monitor site progress to ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Ensure installers and Supervisors follow the latest approved drawings.
• Oversee and manage all project drawings and documentation for accuracy and implementation.
• Handle contract documents like Extension of Time (EOT), Variation Orders (VO), and claims.
• Prepare and submit site progress claims; verify subcontractors' claims for accuracy.
• Enforce safety rules and PPE requirements with site safety officers.
• Report to the Project Director and follow instructions for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project records and provide regular progress and risk updates.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
