Job summary

OTTO SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to drive electrical & MEP projects from initiation through close.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, develop schedules, and monitor costs to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, risk mitigation, and proactive client communication. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in mechanical/electrical environments, reads tender drawings, and is proficient in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical/electrical companies.
• Ability to read Tender Drawings (Electrical/MEP).
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD Electrical & Revit.
• Immediate start or short-term notice possible.
• Strong team player, meticulous and serious about work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to succeed.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to handle pressure.

Job description

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan including schedule and costing to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalat**e** to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop comprehensive project progress reports to be shared with clients for payment purposes
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Required:

• Candidates must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent
• Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experience for Mechanical and Electrical companies
• Able to read and understand Tender Drawing (Electrical / MEP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Electrical & Revit
• Able to start work immediately or within short term notice
• Strong team member/leader, meticulous and serious in his/her work
• Positive attitude and prepare to go the extra mile to success
