Job summary

Mayland Research Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead healthcare market research projects from initiation to completion.

You will manage client communication, coordinate fieldwork with internal teams and external vendors, and oversee timelines and quality while ensuring compliance with healthcare research rules, including adverse event reporting where applicable. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of project management experience in market research.
• Strong written and spoken English; Chinese is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare market research projects.
• Serve as main client contact and provide regular project updates.
• Plan and lead project kick-off meetings, develop execution plans and allocate resources.
• Monitor recruitment, fieldwork progress, data quality and project risks.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and archived properly.
• Support healthcare compliance processes including AE reporting and training records.
• Track project costs, assist with billing and other admin tasks.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead healthcare market research projects from initiation to completion. This role will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating fieldwork with internal team and external vendors, overseeing project timelines and quality, and ensuring compliance with healthcare research requirements, including adverse event reporting where applicable.

Only candidates currently residing in Singapore with local work eligibility will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of healthcare market research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
• Serve as the main client contact, clarify research objectives, provide regular project updates, and manage client expectations professionally.
• Plan and lead project kick-off meetings, develop execution plans, allocate resources, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor recruitment, fieldwork progress, data quality, and project risks, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
• Support healthcare compliance processes, including AE reporting procedures, participant training records, and timely escalation where required.
• Track project costs, support billing confirmation, and assist with other project-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in market research and consultancy; healthcare market research experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients through email, calls, and meetings. Proficiency in Chinese is highly advantageous but not a must.
• Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative research processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, integrity, and commitment to delivering quality work.
