Job summary

KSK Engineering PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction projects from planning to completion. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage multiple on-site projects at the main office, and engage stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong communication and planning skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with project management/construction exposure.
• 3–5 years of project management experience on new-build projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project planning and define objectives, scope, schedule and budget.
• Drive project progress to meet milestones and deliverables on time.
• Champion safety, sustainability and ESG initiatives across the project.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Manage the project team’s performance, welfare, and collaboration with consultants and clients.
• Promote adoption of AI and digitalization in Project Management.

Job Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and completion of projects within specified cost, time, and quality. He/She maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements at all times. He also plays an active role in contributing to the organization's continuous improvement initiatives.

He possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders. He is resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills. He is proactive and detail-oriented in his work. He is also able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. He is expected to work on-site and in the main office.

Job Requirements

• Having a project management professional certification is an advantage
• A detail-oriented, self-motivated, independent, and proactive person
