Job summary

HTC Global Services in Singapore is seeking a PMO/Project Coordination professional to support SAP implementation initiatives across multi-team environments.

The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, maintaining schedules and reports, and ensuring governance and RAID management are up to date. Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, and Jira are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination / Project Management.
• Prior exposure to SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of the SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and project stakeholders.
• Strong skills in project reporting, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Good understanding of RAID management, project governance, change management, and status reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple teams and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, status updates, and governance documentation.
• Manage RAID logs, change management, and governance processes.
• Support SAP implementation or transformation project activities.
• Create and maintain project schedules using MS Project and Jira.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.
