Signify in Singapore is offering a project management internship. You will work with project managers to support planning, tracking, and execution across cross-functional teams.

The role is open to students in Engineering, Business or Commerce, with strong Excel and data analytics skills. A minimum 6-month commitment is required, and visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsabilités

• Assist in project planning: formulate a detailed project plan with scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
• Documentation: maintain comprehensive project documentation with updates.
• Stakeholder communication: coordinate project team meetings and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Risk management: identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance from senior PMs.
• Tracking: monitor project progress using MS Project, Trello, or Asana with regular updates on milestones.
• Support project execution: coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep all aspects in sync.
• Research: delve into project-related topics and provide insights.
• Post-project review: participate in debriefs to analyze successes and areas for improvement.

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a project management intern in Singapore with Signify.

• Assist in Project Planning: Work closely with project managers to help formulate a detailed project plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all changes and updates are recorded accurately
• Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the coordination of project team meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies with guidance from senior project managers
• Tracking: Monitor project progress using tools like Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana. Provide regular updates on project milestones
• Support Project Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project aspects are in sync and progressing as planned
• Research: Delve into project-related topics as required, providing insights and recommendations
• Post-Project Review: Participate in project debriefs, analyzing project successes and areas for improvement
