Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for infrastructure and system integration projects. You will lead the project team, interpret contracts, and coordinate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires at least 5 years of PM experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel overseas if needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience on medium to large infrastructure/system integration projects.
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering or equivalent.
Candidates with PMP certification is a plus.
Proven ability to interpret contracts and extract essential information for project objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements.
Lead and manage the project team.
Interpret contract and extract essential information to facilitate management of objectives with the project team.
Identify contractual system requirements and deliverables, manage timelines for designs and reviews.
Analyze project materials and services for cost optimization and risk management.
Coordinate resources and supervise project team, subcontractors, and customers to meet objectives.
Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and management.
Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing according to schedule.
