Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• At least 3–5 years of Infra procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking.
• Proficiency in project management software; Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan and acquire manpower resources required for projects and manage allocation.
• Plan and drive procurement activities including scope and funding approval.
• Lead project team and vendors to meet objectives within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Set up and guide the project management framework under Quality Management System.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan with scope, schedule, risks, and budget.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on progress, issues, and budgets.
• Manage project financial health and cash flow.
• Establish governance and escalation mechanisms.
• Identify stakeholders and define roles and responsibilities.
• Implement communication plan to align stakeholders.
• Manage expectations and build trusted relationships.
